Commercial Facility Cleaning

The Blancus 85B Ride-On Floor Scrubber Dryer is engineered for large commercial spaces, warehouses, and industrial facilities. Its 30-inch cleaning path and 150-litre tank capacity enable rapid coverage of expansive floor areas, reducing labour time and delivering consistent, professional results across concrete, tile, and sealed surfaces.

Retail and Hospitality Environments

Maintain pristine shopping floors and hospitality venues with minimal disruption to operations. The ride-on design minimises operator fatigue during extended shifts, whilst the integrated drying function ensures floors are safe and guest-ready immediately after cleaning—critical for high-traffic retail and hotel applications.

Healthcare and Food Service Facilities

Superior hygiene standards are non-negotiable in healthcare and food preparation areas. This scrubber-dryer combination removes contaminants and bacteria whilst drying surfaces to prevent slip hazards, meeting stringent sanitation protocols required in hospitals, clinics, and commercial kitchens.

Airport and Transportation Terminals

High-volume foot traffic in airports and transit hubs demands efficient, reliable floor maintenance. The 85B's large tank and 30-inch cleaning head minimise refilling and manoeuvring time, keeping terminal floors clean and safe for millions of daily passengers.

Manufacturing and Logistics Centres

Keep production floors and distribution warehouses clean and compliant with safety regulations. The ride-on platform reduces operator strain during long shifts, whilst the powerful scrubbing and drying action tackles oil, dust, and debris typical in manufacturing and logistics environments.
