Office and Commercial Spaces

Keep high-traffic office corridors, reception areas, and break rooms spotless with the SC4500E's powerful 40-litre capacity and 17-inch cleaning head. The walk-behind design manoeuvres easily around desks and furniture, delivering professional results without downtime. Ideal for maintaining a clean, professional environment that impresses clients and supports employee wellbeing.

Retail and Shopping Centres

Handle busy retail floors with confidence. The SC4500E scrubs and dries simultaneously, reducing slip hazards and keeping your store accessible to customers. Its compact 17-inch brush width fits through standard doorways and around display stands, making it perfect for shopping centres, boutiques, and supermarkets where cleaning must work around operating hours.

Hospitality and Food Service

Maintain hygiene standards in hotels, restaurants, and cafés with a machine built for heavy-duty cleaning. The scrubber-dryer combination eliminates water pooling on kitchen and dining floors, meeting health and safety requirements. Leave no trace of spills or debris—just clean, dry floors ready for service.

Healthcare and Education

Schools, hospitals, and care facilities demand rigorous sanitation. The SC4500E delivers consistent cleaning performance across large floor areas—classrooms, corridors, and patient wards—while its 240V operation integrates easily into existing facilities. Reduce cleaning time and maintain compliance with infection control standards.

Warehouses and Industrial Facilities

Keep warehouse floors clean and safe for staff and equipment. The 40-litre tank minimises refill stops during extended shifts, while the powerful scrubbing and drying action removes dirt, oil, and debris efficiently. Ideal for manufacturing plants and storage facilities where floor conditions directly impact safety and operations.
